Ordering Info

Pass-Thru modules are handcrafted from locally grown Maryland walnut with a handsome Monticello parquet solid bottom—and offered with an optional matching solid parquet top.  They do not have a raised rear edge like Heirloom 2 storage modules, offering open access from front and back for table and rolling shelf configurations. They can be used with Tops and Bases to create varying height side tables and intermixed with full-height modules for more variations. Within stacks of shelves, these modules can create a handy place to keep accessories and are large enough to hold most standard-size components. Stack and interlock multiple modules to create vertical equipment shelves, use side-by-side stacks for continuous rows of shelving to individually mount and elegantly display your components.

• These modules are 10-1/2" tall, 4" shorter than our LP shelves. They can be used with Tops and Bases to create equipment shelves with uniform 9" spacing or intermixed with full-height storage modules for more variations.

• 9" Pass-Thru modules can also serve as interlocking spacers within stacks of LP shelves and back-to-back Media Shelves. They are a useful way to raise the lowest music shelves off the floor (making spines easier to read), and an attractive place to store your old 8-track player, dual cassette deck, and other old equipment.

• Within stacks of shelves, these modules can create a handy place to keep accessories and are large enough to hold most standard-size components. Gear that is deeper than the shelf can overhang the rear edge unencumbered.

• Designed to be unusually rigid and sturdy, you can easily stack and interlock eight 9" Pass-Thru modules freestanding. Taller stacks may need to be anchored to a wall at the top.

• All of our storage modules can stack and interlock interchangeably with Pass-Thru modules; Media Shelf modules can interlock stacked on top of Pass-Thru modules forward-facing or back-to-back.

• A solid parquet top is an alternative assembly part for Pass-Thru modules, used in place of the flat plank top shown in the first product photo. Handsome and practical, this option lets you mount all kinds of objects on top of the module. If you are creating continuous shelving, side-by-side modules with solid parquet tops on the uppermost modules provide a uniform look that is attractive and functional.

• Each Pass-Thru module includes a pair of flat top planks by default, the least expensive option when creating a stack of shelves. Use the "Top Style" dropdown menu to order an Pass-Thru with a solid parquet top.

• To order a mixture of both module top styles, do this in two steps. Choose the quantity of modules you'd like with flat plank tops and add these to your cart. Then choose the solid parquet top option, quantity and separately add these modules to your cart. The 15 % discount will be automatic applied to both types once four or more mixed modules are added to your shopping cart.

• If mounting a turntable or other audio gear on the top shelf, a Walnut Fitted Top will provide an even more rigid, less resonant and better-sounding mounting.

• Internal Dimensions: 24" wide x 13-3/4" deep x 9" tall

• External Dimensions: 27" wide x 13-3/4" deep x 10-1/2" tall
