Footers For Carpet
No equipment sounds its best floating on carpet. For footers to sever their purpose, the point of the brass footer needs to penetrate all the way through the carpet to make firm contact with floor underneath. (That's why we don't recommend using our radiused footers on rugs or carpet.)
Our 2" Heavyfeet For Carpet are a huge upgrade from the puny, steel spikes commonly supplied by speaker manufacturers. For best performance, use 3" Megafeet For Carpet.
