Instructions For Exchanging or Returning Products

You will be reimbursed your purchase price for any guaranteed, stock product you return within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive the item undamaged.  

To initiate a return:

1.  Please call (410)685-4618 or email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.   Please provide us with either your web confirmation number or order number to help expedite the process.  Also, please tell us if the item is being returned for a refund or exchanged for another product.

2.  Once you receive the RMA number for your exchange, please pack the product to be returned with great care.  We must receive the returned item unmarred and in like-new condition.  Be sure to write the RMA # on the face of the package and return it to:

3. We strongly encourage customers to send product returns using a shipping method that is both trackable and fully insured.   It is your responsibility to ensure the returned item arrives to us undamaged.  Mapleshade will not accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping.  Once received, we will process your return promptly.  Then we will issue your refund or credit -- or ship your exchange item as has been prearranged.




Instructions For CD Exchanges

CD purchases are non-refundable, but we welcome you to exchange any Mapleshade CD that does not suit your taste -- excepting only Mapleshade’s Music Festival because we’re selling it so cheaply.  

To initiate an exchange:

1.  Please call (410)685-4618 or email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.   We only offer exchanges for CDs purchased directly from Mapleshade.  Please provide us with either your web confirmation number or order number to help expedite the process.  Your exchange request must be received within 30 days of delivery.

2.  Once you receive the RMA number for your exchange, please carefully pack the CD.  We must receive the CD unscratched, uncrunched and in like-new condition.  Be sure to write the RMA # on the face of the package and return it to:
