General Billing And Shipping Info 

Orders for CDs, CD treatments, brass items, speaker cables and most other in-stock items normally ship within 1-2 business days.  Orders for interconnects and maple platforms, speaker stands, and SAMSON racks with clear lacquer finish typically ship within 1-2 weeks.  All maple products with a toned or black lacquer finish are made to order and take 6-8 weeks to ship.  Mapleshade modified electronics and speakers generally take 2-3 weeks to ship.

For stock items, your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to ship.  We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all toned or black lacquer finish maple products, custom threading orders, and other custom work.  For custom items, your credit card will be charged 50% of the item cost when your order is placed.  The remaining balance plus shipping will be charged separately once your order is ready to ship.

 

Our CD Exchange Policy

We welcome you to exchange any Mapleshade CD that does not suit your taste, excepting only Mapleshade’s Music Festival because we’re selling it so cheaply.  Just wrap the CD well and send it with a note to our Baltimore office. Include your full name, order number, and the disc you’d like in exchange. CDs are non-refundable; exchanges must be:

1. In like-new condition.  Be sure to wrap returns well.

2. Postmarked within 30 days of your invoice date

We’ll ship the replacement CD promptly at no cost (U.S. customers only).  Please click HERE for exchange instructions.

 

 

Our Moneyback Guarantee

You will be reimbursed your purchase price, less shipping, for any guaranteed audio product you return within 30 days of delivery, provided we receive the item undamaged. Please make sure your returns are unmarred and very thoroughly wrapped. Be sure to include a note that includes your full name and purchasing info. Warranty And Service

Gallo Acoustics offers a 30-day money back guarantee for their products. Stock SoundSmith, Cambridge Audio, Cyrus, HifiMan and Kuzma products are non-refundable items which require prepayment. Limited warranty and service is provided by the manufacturer.

SoundSmith cartridges are handmade to order and often take 4 weeks to ship. Delivery times vary for Gallo, Cyrus, Cambridge and Kuzma products. Manufacturers’ prices are subject to change without notice. Please call (410) 685-4618 to confirm pricing and availability.

Mapleshade modified components and speakers are made to order and typically take 2-3 weeks to ship.
