We think RE-Zeros are one of the greatest bargains in high end audio. So transparent and revealing,
they approach the performance level of my $2000 Stax headphone system (my reference for all Mapleshade
recording work) for about $100. The RE-Zeros don’t need a $1200 tube amp to sound great; they match
beautifully with the headamps built into iPods and CD players—and sound more delicate, truthful and
revealing than Sennheiser 800s, Grado 1000s or Beyerdynamic T1s. And, for plane or train travel, the
RE-Zeros isolate far, far better.
Re-Zeros purchased from Mapleshade have been cryogenically treated to significantly reduce edginess from digital music sources.
